CAPREIT has a complex, multi-segmented audience. To ensure we were connecting to the right people, we conducted usability testing on the CAPREIT site to uncover barriers and evaluate navigation and usability issues.
Our approach led to a creative redesign and ultimately a greatly enhanced user experience.
