Bayshore HealthCare, one of the country’s largest providers of home health care services had an online brand experience and design that was dated, tired and lacked an intuitive user-experience.
My Life by Design
We needed to look for opportunities to contemporize the brand. As well, we needed to build a design system that allowed users to move seamlessly from one service to the next so that they understood the full spectrum of what Bayshore offers. An insight we uncovered from extensive research was that home care consumers (generally an older demographic) wanted to maintain a sense of control.
Using colour, type and new imagery we developed “My Life by Design”, a design and UX that embodied the brand’s promise. It acted as a confirmation to our audience that they were the authors of their own experience as they navigated Bayshore services.
With our design strategy set, we rolled out a comprehensive digital media strategy to drive customers to bayshore.ca
